Claire L. Feagley is an accomplished business psychologist, certified executive coach, and strategic growth professional with over 15 years of experience leading transformational initiatives across the federal, commercial, and nonprofit sectors. As the Founder of Fraser Solutions, LLC, Claire partners with senior leaders, mission-focused organizations, and emerging teams to optimize performance, strengthen interpersonal effectiveness, and identify new market opportunities.
Claire’s coaching practice integrates emotional intelligence, leadership psychology, and data-driven feedback to support executives in navigating complexity, improving communication, and enhancing decision-making. Her coaching clients include senior defense, intelligence, and technology leaders, and her approach is grounded in her doctoral training in Business Psychology and certification from Georgetown University’s prestigious Executive Leadership Coaching Program.
With a strong background in federal business development and capture, Claire has positioned companies for success on high-stakes pursuits exceeding $2.5 billion in value. She has led growth and proposal operations for firms supporting U.S. Special Operations Command, the U.S. Army, Navy, Department of State, and Air Force. Notably, she stood up the government contracting infrastructure for a fast-growing software startup, aligning operations, compliance, and program delivery to strategic opportunities within DoD and the national security sector.
Claire’s expertise extends into the commercial realm, where she has led marketing and business strategy for healthcare systems and national nonprofits. Claire serves as the Executive Officer to the Chair of the National Defense Industry Association’s SO/LIC Division and is an advocate for leadership development in national security environments. She completed her Ph.D. in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and holds advanced degrees in Public Administration and Business Administration from Florida State University and Saint Leo University.
